話說  hostelworld 系統病了   說我訂了兩次房間
感謝厲害的雅筑小姐用他卓越的英文幫我客訴
when i firstly made a booking at your hotel online, it showed that the booking is failed. since then, i have never received any confirmation from your hotel. this is why i have to make another booking with the other hotel. this morning a representative from the hotel called me and asked me to pay the remaining payment in the regard of a booking which has been failed.
this booking has never been successful and i do not see the reason why i have to pay. all in all, it has caused me much inconvenience and trouble. moreover, you absolutely have no right to charge me if the booking has been failed and i have never received any confirmation from your hotel or anyone else in the regard.

然後  當然客訴成功了 哈哈哈

It seems that you had made a double booking,

Firstly in regards to the failed booking, I have refunded this charge by hostelworld..com back to you and it should be back on your card in the next 10 working days.

In regards to the full payment from the failed booking hostel, have they asked you to pay the full amount that was due on arrival?

但事實上我已經有send過一次客訴 但是  真是破英文阿
when i booked this hostel. the website showed no access....and i didn't receive any comfirmed mail...let's why i book sunny's adelaide hostel...
and this morning shakespaeare bp called me and ask me to pay the rest of my money...that's not right..
u can't charge me any fee on credit card on this cancelled booking!!!


結論就是 
要好好念書!! 哈哈 心情變好了  10個ya
